This dress has a bodice of a white background with red polka dots and the collar matches the very full skirt in the red with white polka dots. We have added a bow at the middle of the collar. Fashioned with a green velvet body, collar and skirt are a sheer red with scrolling raised over printing of gold, re and green overlay. It is lined in silver lame and has interfacing to make it just oh so perfect.
