Return Policy

THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM DOG COATS.**

They may be returned for alterations at $l5 an hour charge only.

When placing your order, please make sure to carefully measure your dog  to ensure a good fit - proper size. We will gladly replace any regular  size dog coat that does not fit your dog properly, provided it is a regular size coat and it is sent back to us within 3 business days of buyer's receipt. Coat must, however, be in the same condition as we sent it to you and not worn by dog with exception being to be tried on. There is a $15.00 restocking fee for each coat returned to us and purchaser is responsible for return mailing coat. We do not offer refunds but will exchange coat(s) for order of equal or greater value from our standard sized items plus balance due after restocking charge has been deducted from coat of original coat and applied to new coat purchase.  Email us BEFORE you mail any regular sized dog coat with your choice of the replacement coat so we can calculate the new amount owed us  for the exchange.  That amount MUST be included in the box with the coat you are returning to us.  Only one per any original transaction applies. Purchaser is responsible for shipping cost of replacement order. Alterations are available at an hourly rate, but please do e-mail us before you return coat for alterations and for a price quote. 

Please note: There are NO returns on crate pads.

Personalized dog items are not returnable.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, as well as online checks through the PayPal Online Payment System. Once we receive your order, we will send you a PayPal Invoice, which will collect your credit card information  securely.

Orders placed through the website with PayPal as your payment choice must be paid in five business days or will be deleted from our e-commerce files. 

Mail Order

You can also order by mail, by enclosing a money order for the amount of  your purchase, plus shipping and handling. If you would like to order this  way, just e-mail us with your selections and pet size, and we will let you know the amount and address to send your order to.

Payment by check must be received within 5 business days, or order will be cancelled.

Wholesale

Sorry, we do not wholesale our products. We do offer a percentage discount for large orders. Please e-mail for more information.
